This screen has three fields where this tutorial requires you to enter values: Channel, Chaincode Name, and Version. This image shows the values that you'll enter into the screen based on the instructions in this step of the tutorial. The Channel field displays the name of the selected channel (default). The Chaincode Name field displays the name MyTestChaincode. The Version field uses the field's default value (v1).

This screen has the following additional fields not used in this tutorial: Init-required, Endorsement Policy, and Private Data Collection.
