Step 1: Set Up the Environment

First, you need to set up the environment by importing the Minimal-NavMenu custom component and uploading the sample images.

Therefore, download the asset pack, OCESamplesAssetPack.zip, which is available at https://www.oracle.com/middleware/technologies/content-experience-downloads.html. Within the asset pack you downloaded, locate the OCECreateYourFirstSite_data.zip file, which contains the following two zip files:
  • Minimal-NavMenu.zip, which contains the Minimal-NavMenu custom component, and
  • Minimal-Images.zip, which contains the sample images used in the website.
Let's get started with setting up the environment:
  1. Import the Minimal-NavMenu Custom Component
  2. Publish the Minimal-NavMenu Custom Component
  3. Add Sample Images
