Download the Apps

Oracle Content Management has several apps and extensions, which you can download on the Download Apps page. When accessing Oracle Content Management in a web browser, click your user name, and then click Download Apps.

  • Oracle Content desktop app—Use the desktop app to keep your files and folders synchronized between the cloud and your computer. You can sync your own files and those shared with you, making sure you always have access to the latest versions. You can download the Windows version (on the Windows page) or the macOS version (on the macOS page).

    When you install the desktop app, an add-in for Microsoft Office is automatically installed so you can work with synced files directly from Microsoft Office 2016 or later versions. If your system administrator enabled Microsoft Office Online integration, you can work in Microsoft Office Online directly from the web client.

  • Oracle Content mobile apps—Use the mobile apps to access Oracle Content Management on your phone or other mobile devices. The mobile apps are instantly familiar, because they look and act just like the service in your web browser. You can access your cloud content, search and sort your files and folders, share content, and work with conversations.

    The mobile apps are available in the appropriate app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). You can also find the mobile apps using the QR codes on the iOS or Android pages. Alternatively, you can access Oracle Content Management through a browser on your mobile device, and you’ll be prompted to download the mobile app.

  • Oracle Content Capture client—If you have the Capture Client user role, you have access to the Content Capture client. The Content Capture client enables you to scan and import documents, using the industry-standard TWAIN interface to scan from desktop scanners or other TWAIN-compliant input devices. You can then review, edit, index, and release those documents so that they can be further processed. You can download the client from the Windows page.
  • Oracle Content extension for Adobe—The Oracle Content extension for Adobe enables you to use the assets stored in Oracle Content Management in your Adobe Creative Cloud applications and save your Adobe Creative Cloud images as assets in Oracle Content Management. You can download the Windows version (on the Windows page) or the macOS version (on the macOS page).
  • Sauce Video mobile appsSauce Video is the video creation platform for teams. It provides a fast, easy, and affordable way to create video together anywhere, anytime. The Sauce Video mobile apps enable you to create video on your phone or other mobile devices.

    The Sauce Video mobile apps are available in the appropriate app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). You can find the Sauce Video mobile apps using the QR codes on the iOS or Android pages.
