View File or Folder Details

You may need to find out when a file was created or who created it. Or maybe you want to see when a folder was last updated and who updated it. Use the Properties page to see information about an item. Tap the more menu icon next to a file or folder, and then tap View Properties in the actions menu. You can also tap the information icon when viewing a file.

See Version History

Oracle Content Management keeps all versions of your files, but only shows the latest one. To see the version history of a file, go to its Properties page, and tap Version History. You can delete versions or email versions of the file, or make an older file the current version. Tap the More icon on the version you want to use to select those options.
