This image shows the "Instances" page for "Data Integration Platform Cloud" with the user, "Laleh" that has a "User" role, logged in.

Laleh can't do anything through this Instances page because the "Create Instance" button is grayed out; so she can't create any instances. There are no instances listed in the Instances section. (If Laleh had the proper rights,  "DIPC123" would have been displayed, because we know that instance exists.) So if there were instances listed, then Laleh could click and see their details, but she can't.

There is also another page called "SSH Access" that the "DomainAdmin" could see, and that one, is not displayed here either. So Laleh has no "Service Level" rights.
