This is a pop-up dialog box for managing the clusters in your instance.
There are four fields to populate, the last two of which are drop-down lists.
First is Name of the Cluster, which is populated with MyJCSODI_cluster.
Then is WebLogic Cluster Path Prefix which is empty.
The first drop-down list is Managed Server Count.  This is set to 1.
Finally comaes Compute Shape, which is set to OC5 - 4.0 OCPU, 30.0GB RAM.
At the bottom are two buttons, OK and Cancel.
