The  New Wallet Password dialog box consists of two radio buttons, Store passwords in secure wallet, and Store passwords without secure wallet.  The first is checked.  Between the two are three text fields.
They are Wallet Password, Confirm Wallet Password, and Expires in (days), which is set to 180.
At the bottom are three buttons, Help, OK, and Cancel.
