Functionality Changes in Oracle Data Safe Due to the OCI Redwood UI Migration

Starting on January 27, 2026, Oracle Data Safe will use the OCI Redwood UI template. This will temporarily impact the functionality of the below features.

Guided tour The Oracle Data Safe guided tour will be temporarily unavailable in the Redwood UI.
Charts in User Assessment details page The charts displaying last login, last password change, password expiry date, potential user risk, user roles, and top five users by schema access within the user assessment details will be temporarily unavailable in the Redwood UI.
User-defined data masking format based on an Oracle predefined data making format The ability to use an Oracle predefined data masking format as the basis for a user-defined data masking format will be temporarily unavailable in the Redwood UI. Users can still Create a User-Defined Masking Format, but the Create Like Masking Format option will not be available.
Charts in Alert Policies and Target Alert Policy Associations details page The Alerts Per Rule chart within the alert policy details and alert target-policy associations details will be temporarily unavailable in the Redwood UI.
Contextual Notifications Contextual Notifications will be temporarily unavailable in the Redwood UI. However, alerts can still be created manually through OCI Event Rules.
