Update a Target Database Group
You can modify a target database group as desired.
- Under Data Safe, click Target database groups.
- Click the Name of a target database group. The Target database group details page is displayed.
- Click Edit membership to add more members to the group or delete current members from the group.
- To add more members, do the following:
- Select a Condition from the drop-down list. Target database(s) will be added to the group if they fulfill at least one of the conditions defined below.
- If you selected Compartment as the condition, select a compartment, and select Include child compartments if needed.
- If you selected Tag as the condition, select a tag namespace, select a tag key, and enter a tag value.
- If you selected Target database as
the condition, select one more targets in the Target
databases field. To add targets from another
compartment, click Change compartment.
Note:
If the group uses target database OCIDs in its matching criteria and any of those targets are not in Active or Needs Attention state, you must remove those OCIDs from the criteria before saving the update. - Click Add more members to add additional members to the group.
- Click Save.
- Click Move resource to move the resource from the current compartment to a selected compartment.
- Click Add tags to add additional tags.
- Click Delete to delete the target database group.
