Deploy Security Policies

Both predefined and custom security policies need to be deployed in order for the associated audit policies to apply to the target databases.

1. Under Security center, click Security policies.
2. Select either the Oracle predefined security policies or Custom security policies tab.
3. Click on the name the policy to deploy.
4. Click Deploy.
5. Select if you would like to deploy the security policy to either a target database group or to a target database.

   Change the compartment to filter the database selection if necessary.

   If you want to deploy the security policy to multiple target database groups, multiple individual databases, or both groups and individual database, then you will have to repeat this deployment step for each selection.

6. Click Deploy.

   Do not cancel out of the deployment panel until deployment is complete.
