Remove Security Questions As an Account Recovery Factor

If you no longer want to use security questions to recover your account if you have to regain access, then you can remove them as an account recovery factor.

  1. In the My Profile console, click Security.
  2. In the Security Questions pane, click the Action menu Action menu.

    Note:

    If you don’t see Action menu in this pane, then you have not set security questions as an account recovery factor.
  3. Select Remove.
  4. In the Confirmation dialog box, click OK.
