This image shows the Add Input Data panel. The fields and the values entered in each field are as follows:

• Name: Forecast
• Mode: Other Type
• Other Types: ForecastType.

Below these fields, there are two links, namely Define New Type and Edit Type Definition, and there's a Close button at the bottom of the dialog.
