Description of the Configure Oracle REST Endpoint — Request Page

This image shows the Configure Oracle REST Endpoint page with “Request” highlighted on the left pane. At the top right corner of this page, there are Help list, Back button, Next button, and Cancel button. The following fields are displayed top to bottom on the right side:

• Operation Name
• Resource URI
• HTTP Method

• Select the attachment process options

  Below there are two check boxes displayed top to bottom and their names are “Accept attachments from request” and “Request is HTML form”.

• Select the request payload file

  Below there are two radio buttons displayed from left to right, and their names are “XML Schema” and “JSON Sample” (shown as selected). Below this is the Schema Location field with the Browse button.

• Element, shown with request-wrapper selected

• Select the type of payload with which you want the endpoint to receive

  Below there are five radio buttons displayed top to bottom, and their names are:

  • XML

  • XML (text)

  • JSON (shown as selected)

  • URL-encoded

  • Other Media Type

• Media Type
