Description for the Format Definition Page

On the left side are the Basic Info, Configure Operation, Schema Options, Format Definition, and Summary tabs. In the middle of the page are the following:

• Select a New File field, with a Browse button
• Selected File Name field
• Select the Schema Element field (WorkerFileData is specified)
