This image shows the properties pane for the Patient Discharge activity. It is divided into two sections: right and left.

The right section is the Patient Discharge Properties pane. There are three tabs: General, Conditions and Roles at the top. The General tab is selected indicating that the general properties are being configured. The following are present from top to bottom:

• Name field with the value Patient Discharge.

• Description field which is empty.

• Markers part with the Required check box selected.

• Implementation part with the following from top to bottom - General, Reminders, Escalation and Expiration, and Notifications .

The left section is the General implementation pane. There are two radio buttons — Submit and Approve —at the top, with the Submit button selected. The following fields with values are present below the radio buttons (from top to bottom):

• Title field with value Task 1 and Assignees field with the value 1 Assignee.

• Form field with the value PatientForm.

• Presentation field with the value Discharge and Priority field with the value Normal.

• Action field with the value SUBMIT

There is a Close button at the bottom right hand side.
