Description of the Data Retention illustration

This image shows the Data Retention page.

It contains explanatory text at the top that reads: Control how Oracle Integration retains your historical data. Runtime instance data is purged to free up space for the newer data.

When the database space reaches a critical state, the system rejects incoming requests and stops all instances from running until more space becomes available.

A side pane titled Data Retention Status show a green checkmark and the status Good.

Below is a box titled Standard Settings. Its text reads: Define data retention for Integration and Insight runtime data. Every day at midnight, data older than this retention period is purged. Inside are two boxes titled Integrations and Insight.

Below the Standard Settings box is another box titled Warning (Low Space) Settings. Its text reads: When the database space reaches a warning state, these more aggressive settings are used. Recommended: Set lower than standard settings. Below is a selected checkbox field titled Purge When Low Space Reached. Inside are two boxes titled Integrations and Insight.

At the bottom of the screen is a box titled Manual Purge. Its text reads: Immediately purge Integration, Process, and Insight data. This is a one time action and cannot be undone. Automated purges continue to run. At the side of this box is a button titled Perform Manual Purge.
