This image shows the Wizard form in the form editor.

• The Train control, which is to the right and highlighted with a red box, shows the four train stops: Basic Info, Voulnteer Info, Additional Info, and Submit Application.
• The General tab in the Properties pane is on the left. The Options Source section is at the bottom of the General tab. It lists the Option Names (Basic Info, Volunteer Info, Additional Info, and Submit Application). To the right of each option name is its corresponding Options Values (option1, option2, option3, and option4). The Options Names and Option Values section is highlighted with a red box.
