Configure a callback response in the case of either a successful or failed integration flow.

Select the Configure a Success Response or Configure a Failure Response checkbox to show the Successful Response or Failed Response tab. |
Successful Response |
Select the Configure a Success Response checkbox to activate the Successful Response tab. Select as applicable (that is, the application and module or module) to configure for a successful callback response. Use the Filter By Application/Module name fields to filter the display of names in the list. Note: The application names are not displayed for selection in the user interface when you create a ServiceNow Adapter connection with minimal accesses to the tables. See Prerequisites for Creating a Connection. |
Failed Response |
Select the Configure a Failure Response checkbox to activate the Failed Response tab. Select as applicable (that is, the application and module or module) to configure for a failure callback response. Use the Filter By Application/Module name fields to filter the display of names in the list.
