Prerequisites for Creating a Connection

You must satisfy the following prerequisites to create a connection with the Oracle Intelligent Track and Trace Adapter:

  • Know the instance of the Oracle Intelligent Track and Trace application.

  • Know the administrative user for the Oracle Intelligent Track and Trace application.

  • Know the URL to the Oracle Intelligent Track and Trace instance, which is resolvable from the Oracle Integration instance. You specify this URL in the Connection Properties section of the Connections page. See Configure Connection Properties.

  • Know the following credential information from the Oracle Intelligent Track and Trace application:

    • Application Token – The application token is located within the Oracle Intelligent Track and Trace application. The application token can be generated and copied from the User drop down menu in Oracle Intelligent Track and Trace:

    You specify the application token in the Security section of the Connections page. See Configure Connection Security.
