You can deactivate an active Integration Insight model to stop gathering metrics from the business process defined by the model.
Users with the ServiceAdministrator, ServiceDeveloper, or ServiceDeployer roles can deactivate a model.
To deactivate a model:
- In the Oracle Integration navigation pane, click Insight.
- In the Insight navigation pane, click Models.
- On the Models page, click the Actions icon for the model you want to deactivate and select Deactivate.
- In the Deactivate Confirmation dialog, click Deactivate.
If any of the following scenarios are encountered by the deactivation process, the Deactivate Errors dialog is displayed:
The business process instance to which a milestone is mapped has been deleted or is otherwise unavailable.
The connection to the business process instance to which milestones are mapped is deleted.
The business process instance to which milestones are mapped is no longer registered to the Integration Insight instance.
To confirm deactivation of a model when presented with the Deactivation Errors dialog, click Deactivate Anyway.
