The left column has these settings:
The Disable Email Notification check box
A drop-down menu to select an email template to use for notifications, reminders, and escalations
Options that let you specify whether to send an email on assign, on completion, and on error, what email template to use, and the subject line for the email
The right column has these settings:
Options for including email attachments
Controls for managing your email template
