This image shows the Project Community page which is divided into two parts. On the left are the bread crumbs of the project. Below the bread crumbs is the title of the section: Project Community. To the right of the title are the Share, Upload, and New options. Below the options there is the sort drop down list which says Name Ascending and next to that is the grid view icon. There are a list of projects displayed according to their names in the ascending order. Details of when was the project created and by whom is also displayed next to the names. Below the Project Community section the Project Information is displayed with details on the Project Name, Customer, Contact Person, and Estimate cost information. Below the information there is a Refresh button. On the right of the page is the Safety Incident Report that is bordered in red. The report has the Submit Incident button on the top right corner and the Print icon on the right hand side. Below the print icon are the following fields, one below the other: Request Date, Requestor, Issue Type, Severity, and Description. Below the fields is the Attachment section with the Upload File link on the right. No data is displayed in any of the fields.
