The following message is displayed under the fields: “Download the device provisioning file and copy it to your device(s). This file contains configuration and security credentials needed for the device to activate itself with the IoT Cloud Service. Specify a password to be used to encrypt the file, and retain it for future usage.” 

Next are two fields titled File Protection Password and Confirm Password; the values in the fields are hidden to protect the password. The Download Provisioning File button appears under the message, followed by an information icon with the following message: “Click here for more information about device activation using provisioning file.”
