Description of the illustration jcs_diagram_topology_overview

The Oracle Java Cloud Service topology overview diagram depicts the main components of the Java Cloud if it has been configured to use Identity Cloud. Java Cloud consists of Java Applications (Oracle WebLogic Server) and a Data Grid (Oracle Coherence). The Java Cloud is accessed via the Load Balancer Cloud by different user roles such as Administrators and Application Clients. Cloud Users manage and monitor the Java Cloud via the Service Console, REST or CLI. The Java Cloud has relationships to other cloud services like Identity Cloud, Database Cloud and Storage Cloud. The Identity Cloud defines an Application that controls access to Java Cloud. The Database Cloud hosts the Oracle Schema and your Application Database. The Storage Cloud includes backups of your Java Cloud components.
