In the Servers panel, there is a deselected check box next to the name of the Administration Server. 

In the Clusters section, there are two subsection, one for the application tier cluster, one for the data tier cluster. In the applicaiton tier cluster section, there is a check box (selected) beside the cluster name. Below it is the radio button (selected) "All servers in the cluster". The "Part of the cluster" radio button is deselected, as are the Managed Servers below it. In the data tier cluster section, none of the checkboxes or radio buttons are selected.

There are four buttons at the bottom of the screen: Back (active), Next (active), Finish (inactive), and Cancel (active). The Next button is highlighted and the pointer points to it.
