How do I view the tickets associated with an alert?

  1. Tap Alerts from the navigation bar of the Oracle Management Cloud mobile application home screen.

    Note:

    Accessing the alerts from the home screen directs you to a pre-filtered list of open alerts.
  2. Tap an alert from the list.

  3. Tap the TICKETS tab of the Alert screen to view the associated ticket details.

Note:

The TICKETS tab is displayed only if tickets are associated with an alert.
