Description of the illustration response_analytics.png

Use the API Response Time report to compare the number of requests against the response time for a selected period. The API Calls reports enable you to view the request traffic for one or more mobile backends within a specific time period. The upper–right side of each API Calls report contains a dropdown list from which you can choose All Backends (the default) or a selected mobile backend. For the API Calls Response Time report itself, you can choose a custom API, or select a platform API (Analytics Collector, Data Offline, Database, Notifications, Notifications Device, Registration, Storage, User Management). When you select an API, the interface generates an adjacent dropdown which includes its endpoints. At the top-right of the page, you can select a time period for this data in terms of one hour (1H), one day (1D), one week (1W), one month (1M), three months (3M), one year (1Y), or all. There are date pickers for the start and end date of a period. In this illustration, a line graph that plots the calls from the Analytics Collector API is selected along with its /events endpoint for a single day (1D). In this illustration, the data is displayed in a grouped bar chart that compares the data from the API Calls Count report to the API Response time. You can cursor over the chart to see the number of calls and response time at any point. Although the data is expressed as a bar chart, the page has options (located at the bottom) to display data either as a line graph (the default) or a grouped bar chart. The bottom of the page includes counts for total calls for the selected period and the total number of calls per hour.
