Oracle Cloud Infrastructure offers over 80 cloud services, which can be divided into seven categories:

  1. Developer Services
    1. This category includes a range of Developer services, including AppDev, Low Code, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
    2. It offers a managed low-code service called APEX and a managed Terraform service called Resource Manager. 
  2. Applications
    1. OCI provides a managed serverless offering, which includes call functions, API gateways, and app integrations.
    2. It also offers business and industry SaaS (Software-as-a-Service), and an Events Service to help users create microservices and event-driven architectures.
  3. Analytics
    1. OCI offers an integrated observability and management platform with features such as logging, analytics, and application performance management. 
    2. It also includes a managed analytics service called Oracle Analytics Cloud, which integrates with various third-party solutions. 
  4. Data and AI
    1. In this category, users can manage Apache Spark services known as Dataflow, Data Catalog, and Data Ingestion services called Data Integration. 
    2. OCI also provides a platform for Machine Learning models, Big Data, AI services, and Messaging services. 
  5. Databases
    1. OCI provides both Oracle and open-source database services; OCI can run MySQL and NoSQL databases. 
    2. These services support Autonomous Databases, including OTLP, OLAP, and JSON. 
  6. Core Infrastructure
    1. This category includes compute services which are primarily used for performing calculations, executing logic, and running applications. 
    2. It also encompasses cloud storage services, such as disks attached to Virtual Machines, and file storage. 
    3. Networking features enable users to set up software-defined private networks in Oracle Cloud. 
    4. Additionally, it includes Containers and OS/VMware services. 
  7. Governance and Administration
    1. OCI provides governance & administrative services via Cloud Ops, including security, identity, and observability services. 
    2. Security is integrated into every aspect of OCI, referred to as Cloud Security Posture Management. 

These services collectively make up the range of tools OCI offers.
