The image shows a decision called Phone created using the Relation notation. The top-left corner of the image contains the Relation icon and the decision name.

The decision logic contains a table. The first row of the table contains the controls to add or delete rows or columns, and the change logic icon to the right. From left to right, controls available to add or delete rows or columns are: Add Row, Remove Row, Add Column, and Remove Column. The second row contains three Column Name cells. From left to right, Color, Count, and Price are entered as column names. There are three subsequent rows with an entry for each column. Expression is selected as the logical notation for all input entry cells. From left to right, cell entries for each row are as follows:

• First row: “Black”, 2, and 500
• Second row: “White”, 3, and 700
• Third row: “Rose Gold”, 5, and 600
