You can configure Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Process Automation to send a notification email to the task assignee when an event such as assignment, approval, escalation, reminder, and reassignment occurs. A notification email contains outcomes defined for a task, such as Approve or Reject. Clicking on the outcomes will take the assignees to Workspace where they can complete their assigned tasks.
