16 Managing Users in Pulse

Using the Users menu, Customer User Administrators can manage contacts and specific host access roles for OCI services. Only OCI customers and services can access this functionality. Granular host access level accessibility is per specific OCI services and/or instances. For Linux roles, granular access is available. Here you've an option to select a specific service or a specific instance. Also, the Customer User Administrator can access the Oracle Identity Management data for each customer contact.

Customer User Administrators can view, create, edit, or delete any customer contact and oracle contact for the host access roles for OCI services. Customer User Administrators can view or delete users with host access roles for OCI but without CSI approved in My Oracle Support.
