Requesting or Viewing Access for Windows Account

If you've got Windows access assigned to you by Service Delivery Manager or the Technical Account Manager, you can request access to view the OS account.

To request or view access for Windows account:
  1. Click the Windows Icon tab.

    Note:

    If you already have a Windows account, then no action is possible. The OS account name is displayed with a green icon.
  2. Select the Windows account, and then click Submit Request.

    The Create Account page opens.

  3. Enter the Password twice, and then click Request Access.

    The confirmation message is displayed in the upper right side of the page.
