Syncing with MOS

All users who have at least one host access role for OCI service and no CSI access in My Oracle Support are presented here. The Customer User Administrator can choose to delete both oracle or customer users.

To sync with MOS:

  1. In the Users dashboard, click Sync with MOS.

    The Sync with MOS pop-up is displayed.

    In the popup window, all contacts that currently having roles but no CSI approved in MOS are displayed.

  2. To remove one or more contacts, select the check boxes next to the users, and then click Delete.
