Working with the Host Report

The Host Report allows Customer User Administrators to sync user accounts with OIM, and remove, enable, or disable user accounts.

To work with the Host Report:

  1. In the Users dashboard, select the user, and then from the Host Report column click the Host Report icon.

    The Host Report popup is displayed.

  2. Click Sync Users Accounts with OIM.

    It fetches the latest data for the contact from Oracle Identity Management.

  3. In the Accounts section, select the User accounts, and then click:
    1. Remove to delete the user account.
    2. Enable to activate the user account.
    3. Disable to deactivate the user account.
  4. Use the Pending Requests table to view all requests submitted to OIM that are not yet completed.
