This screenshot shows the Select Rule Set page of the Configure as Detail Form quick start. On the left the + New Rule Set option is selected. In the center, there are fields for specifying the Label, ID and Description of the new rule set. There are also options for creating the layout:

• The Use Simple Layout option contains a Click Select fields to display button to select the fields you want to display in the form.
• The Use Template option is visible when one or more form templates exist. You can choose a template you want to use as the starting point, and then add more fields to the form.
