The image shows the Publish Changes dialog that appears when you click Publish in the visual application's header. The dialog presents the Merge Now and the Merge After Review options that enable you to merge your changes with or without requesting a review. The Merge Now option displays an input field where you enter a commit message describing the changes that you are about to merge and publish, plus a list of the modified files that comprise the merge. The Merge After Review option also includes input fields where you add reviewers and link to issues. Two buttons, Cancel and Publish Changes, also appear.
