The image shows the Publish dialog that appears when you click Publish in the visual application's header. The dialog presents the Merge Now and the Merge After Review options that enable you to merge your changes with or without requesting a review. Both versions of the dialog display a list of the modified files that comprise the merge and publish, plus an input field where you enter a commit message describing the changes that you are about to merge. The Merge Now option includes a New Working Branch Name field. The Merge After Review option includes input fields where you add a merge request description, one or more reviewers, and a link to issues. Two buttons, Cancel and Publish, also appear.
