Manage Business Object Settings

Use a business object's Settings tab to configure general properties and application setup data.

1. Open your business object, then click Settings to open the Settings editor.
2. Update settings as needed.

   Setting	Description
   Name	(Read-only) Business object's name, specified when the object was created
   Display Label	User-friendly label for the business object
   Plural Label	Plural label used to identify the business object when displaying multiple records
   Contains Application Setup Data	If this option is enabled, the business object's data is considered required for the application to function properly, for example, data used in a list of values (LOV) referenced by another business object. When enabled, the data in the business object will always be included when you export, share, or publish the application.
