This screenshot shows the Property pane when the form template is selected in the form template editor. The form template in this screenshot has the following attributes:

• ID - the ID for the template
• Title - the name used to identify the template in the UI
• Description - the description of the form template
• Usages - a list of the form layouts where the template is currently applied
• Referenced Fields - a list of the fields defined in this template. There are two types of referenced fields: Generated and Extra. The Generated fields are fields required by the template and are generated for you automatically. The Extra fields are the fields that you have added to the template and which are bound to components in the template.

  In this screenshot, one Referenced field has been added to the template and is listed under Extra.

• Access for Application Extensions - Toggle to enable or disable access to the template from other extensions. If enabled, extensions that add your extension as a dependency will be able to use the template when extending the Layout.

The Properties pane also contain a link to open the template's JSON file.
