This screenshot displays the dialog for creating a new template. In the dialog, you select the type of template, either Field or Form, and fields for entering the Label, ID and description of the new template.

The dialog box contains:

• Type checkbox. Choose Field or Form.
• Label. Enter the name of the template.
• ID. This is generated based on the Label field.
• Description. Enter a description of the template.
• Enable Extensions. An extension will be able to reference this template
• Create and Cancel buttons.
