This screenshot displays a Layout's Templates tab, listing the Layout's field templates and form templates. In this screenshot, there are two templates listed under Field Templates and one listed under Form Templates. All the templates are defined in the extension.

At the top of the Templates tab there is a button for creating a new template in the extension.
