This image shows the New Application Extension dialog in its entirety. There are four rows of fields, plus a set of radio buttons at the bottom. The first row contains two fields: Extension Name and Extension ID. When you type in a name, that name also appears in the ID field, pre-pended with the word "site". The next row shows Workspace Name and Development Environment. The latter is usually set to "Development"; use the former to assign a workspace name of your choosing. The next field occupies the whole width: Base Oracle Cloud Application. The fourth row also has a field that occupies the whole width: Sandbox (optional), which allows you to associate an Oracle Cloud Applications sandbox with the workspace. The radio buttons ask you to either: 1) create a scratch repository just for your own use, or 2) create a new Git repository for this extension.
