This screenshot shows the Use Layout Template window in the layout editor. In this image, there are two layout template options:

• Create a New Template. Select this option to create a form template in the template editor.
• Use Template. Select one of the existing templates to apply it to the form. In this image there is one existing template listed.

The window also contains Cancel and Select buttons at the bottom of the window.
