Respond to the Time to Upgrade! Popup
If you see a popup that says "Time to upgrade!", you'll need to upgrade to the most recent Oracle Cloud Application version.
To ensure that your extension continues to function correctly, you'll need to periodically upgrade your extension so that the library versions used in your extension are in sync with those used in the Oracle Cloud Application.
To upgrade your extension:
- When you see an upgrade notification in the Designer, click Migrate in the notification.
When Oracle Cloud Applications are updated, you'll see an upgrade notification in the bottom of the Designer informing you it is time to upgrade your extension.
The same notification will also appear in the Notifications list if you click Notifications in the Designer's header.
When you click Migrate, you'll see an Upgrade dialog with a progress indicator. Upgrading is usually fairly fast, and shouldn't take more than a minute or two.
If there is a problem during the upgrade process, the Upgrade dialog will inform you that the Upgrade failed, and will display a message with details about what caused the failure. If the upgrade fails, you should copy the details, and provide your project administrator with the details so that they can try to resolve it.
