Visual application project template not available in my data center

In some data centers, the project template for Visual Applications might not be available for your VB Studio instance.

To create a new visual application when a Visual Application project template isn't available:

1. Create an empty project.
2. Open the Environments page and create an Environment that uses your VB runtime instance.
3. Open the Workspaces page, click New, then select New Visual Application.

These steps give you the exact same result as using the Visual Application project template.
