This image shows the email that the OCI administrator may send to a new OCI user. The purpose of the above email is twofold: to send the password reset URL and the OCI sign-in URL. The Oracle Cloud account name is in double quotes (myaccount). A user can bookmark the sign-in URL, so the account name won't be required.
