About Views

Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud products provide you with great flexibility in the ways in which you can visually view your data.

Types of Views

  • List view: Provides a table display of information in columns and rows for the objects which meet the filter conditions on the page.
  • Pivot view: Allows you to create summaries of numeric attribute data by attribute value.
  • Chart view: Displays data in the form of charts.

Use the View selector (View selector icon) to move between views.

Choosing the Compact Display of Views

When you're viewing items in a List or Pivot view, you've the ability to view the data in a compact format. The Compact option works as a toggle switch and displays more rows of information. Click Compact from the View Selector to display the records in a compact format.

If you save a view, your choice of Compact will also be saved.

Objects for Which Views are Available

Views are available for the following objects in Account Reconciliation:

  • Profiles: Contains the list of profiles and provides drill-down to the Profile dialog

  • Reconciliations: Contains the list of reconciliations and provides drill-down to the Reconciliation dialog (including Reconciliation Balances)

  • Transactions: Contains the list of transactions and provides drill-down to the Reconciliation dialog with the focus set on the Transaction Detail tab

  • Alerts: Contains the list of alerts and provides drill-down to the Reconciliation dialog
