Exporting Reconciliation Balances to Excel

In Reconciliation Compliance, you can export reconciliation balances to an Excel file.

To export reconciliation balances:

  1. From Home, click Reconciliations to display the Reconciliation List.
  2. Select the Reconciliation Balances tab.
  3. (Optional) Use filters to narrow down the list and display only the reconciliation balances that you need.

    You can use the existing filters or create a new filter using Add a Filter.

  4. (Optional) Select one or more reconciliation balance rows to be exported.
  5. From Actions, select Export to Excel.

    The Export Balance Data dialog displays.

  6. Select the rows to export.
    • All Balance Data - exports balances for all rows displayed in the Reconciliation Balances tab
    • Selected Balance Data - exports balances for the rows that were previously selected. This option is enabled only if you had selected one or more rows.
  7. Click Export.
The reconciliation balances are exported to an Excel file. You can download and save this file.
