Exporting Transactions to Excel

In Reconciliation Compliance, you can export transactions to an Excel file.

To export transactions:

  1. From Home, click Reconciliations to display the Reconciliation List.
  2. Select the Transactions tab.
  3. (Optional) Use filters to narrow down the list and display only the transactions that you need.

    You can use the existing filters or create a new filter using Add a Filter.

  4. (Optional) Select one or more transactions rows to be exported.
  5. From Actions, select Export to Excel.

    The Export Transactions dialog displays.

  6. Select the rows to export.
    • All Transactions - exports transactions for all rows displayed in the Transactions tab
    • Selected Transactions - exports transactions for the rows that were previously selected. This option is enabled only if you had selected one or more rows.
  7. Click Export.
The transactions are exported to an Excel file. You can download and save this file.
