Transactions Tab in the Reconciliations Card

The Transactions tab in the Reconciliations card displays the transactions for the selected period. Click a transaction name to view its details.

The Period filter is used to select the period. You can add additional filters by using Add a Filter. See Working with Filters.

The following actions can be performed on this tab:

  • Search for transactions that match the specified search string in all the Text columns displayed. You can also search using a partial text string.
  • Analyze the transactions for a given period.
    • View the displayed transactions in the form of a list view, chart view, or pivot view. See Working with Views.
    • Export the displayed transactions by clicking Actions and then selecting Export to Excel.
  • Add an attachment to multiple transactions and across different reconciliations. Click Actions and then select Add Attachment.
  • Create journal by clicking Actions and then selecting Create Journal. Note that this option is available only when Account Reconciliation is integrated with Enterprise Journal.
